Kostenlose Nutzung von TV, WLAN, Playstation. Aufgrund des Altbaus ist es angenehm kühl, auch in den heißen Sommertagen.

A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
