Notun Bari constructed in 1778 with 28 inch thick wall of lime morter clay and bricks . House has 18 katha vacant land , far away from crowded Kolkata . Each morning ,you may awake with chirping of birds , squirrels dance and occasional visits of Hanumans . There is no push to thrive , dash for pressure . you shall compel to forget time . Once a Zamindar bari abandoned for years, now renovated with modern minimum amenities like western bathroom ,running water.River Ganga 15 minutes away .

We welcome you to this perfect abode, a cozy 2 bedroom hall kitchen house with a balcony amidst 2 beautiful gardens and a lawn, surrounded by nature all around. The lawn has an open air aquarium with sit out area. We have a small area just beside the property where we grow vegetables. Take shelter in Mayapur at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 500m walk (5 mins) from ISKCON. Also close to Gour Nagar (super) market and shops. 2 beds (1 double 1 single), back up inverter (24/hrs electricty), wifi, AC, fans, desk, dining table, kitchen with cooking equipment and gas, fridge and washing machine. Nice balcony view and rooftop access view of Mayapur nature and TOVP Please note: Room is located on 4th floor - many stairs - Not suitable for elderly, etc.
