In front of the cottage, there is a terrace for enjoying a cup of coffee, a spacious outdoor kitchen, a table, a fire pit and an outdoor solar shower. 400 metres away is Lake Rakitna for stand-up paddleboarding, swimming in summer and fishing. An excellent starting point for hikes in the surrounding area and to nearby peaks, or for cycling. Rakitna has a pristine nature, the best air and drinking water straight from the tap.

It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.
