Narelle is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are looked after. We had a fabulous stay over the long weekend and highly recommend this property to those looking for location, comfort, atmosphere and relaxation.

The house was perfect for our two families and having your own private access to the lake was amazing. Amy was a great host and would always respond promptly. We will definitely be back

Fun family Easter times were had at Richard’s place. There was so much space on the lawn for the kids to run about. I built outdoor fire for evening chill time. we’ll definitely be back. Richard was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Thank you so much Richard!

I stayed here with a group of friends and the house was fabulous! Not only does it have a beautiful outdoor setting, with the trees, creek and fire pit, it was also really well set up inside; with plenty of coffee mugs, wine glasses and cheese knives to get us through! Really was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. Comfortable and practical as well as beautiful. Would recommended to any groups looking for somewhere to stay in the King Valley.

We had a fabulous long weekend in Bonnie Doon. The house was well configured with bathrooms and bedrooms and the kitchen was well appointed. We made use of the direct access to the lake to swim, paddle and ski and spent the warm evenings out on the deck using the great bbq facilities. The massage chair was also a hit! There is close access to the rail trail and only a short walk for morning coffees and to the pub. We will definitely consider coming back to stay again- the house was perfect for our needs. Jodie was a very responsive host.

This place was absolutely amazing! Location was right on the water, kids had so much to do all day every day. Stayed as a group of 10 and the accommodate us easily. Nikki was really helpful and an A grade just! We will definitely be back!!!

Briony’s place is tasteful in design and decor and set in lovely gardens; a creek feeds a pond at the front. And with the trees and hills in the background, very picturesque. Mt. Beauty and the supermarket with a good deli is 4 minutes by car. For lovely week it was our base for exploring the region, and it was a delight to return to each afternoon following an excursion. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. We found all we needed for preparing meals. For the evenings there were games, jigsaw puzzles and tv and wi-fi to stream. I slept soundly every night. The place is hard to fault as we found nothing wanting.

Well appointed, clean and tidy. Within walking distance of the Main Street (less than 10 minutes) comfortable beds. Elizabeth was easy to contact and always friendly and helpfull.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend by the lake. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and in a great location with a gorgeous view over the water. The kitchen was really well-appointed with plenty of everything we needed to make a meal. The beds were comfy and the shower had great water pressure! It rained most of our stay but we kept warm and dry with the lovely fire and watched DVDs - there were loads to choose from. When the rain cleared it was an easy drive into Mansfield and the hosts left great recommendations for coffee, shopping and meals. We also went for some lakeside walks and tried our hands at fishing - all right out the front of the cottage. Our host was so responsive and friendly offering great recommendations and advice and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Blue Mill Lodge is perfectly situated in a quiet location but only a short walk into the town centre., It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is also well set up for dogs, and our wee dog had a great time too. A highlight was watching the black cockatoos from the deck.

We were stunned with the fantastic views we had to the mountains. From one bedroom we observed the most stunning red sunrise. The place has a few living areas, so we never get on top of each other. For nature lover this is the place to stay. There are a few recommendation for walk and hiking. On some even the dogs were allowed. The ripe figs on the trees in the backyard were a bonus. Also observing the many birds coming and feasting on the fruits. This is a place to relax and enjoy. Would recommend it anytime.

Beautifully presented home, spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable beds. Communication with Chris was bang on. Nothing was a hassle, he even organised fire wood for the fire pit for us. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. Felt just like home. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marilyn’s beautiful property is a must-visit. This is our second time coming around to stay and I will always keep it as my first option when visits Rutherglen. Marilyn is an attentive and fantastic host - her home is an extension of who she is and it is simply a warm and welcoming stay filled with parts from her life that are just a joy to be around. The house was just as described & just what we were looking for. The pool table provided lots of entertainment for the adults & the views were fantastic. The beds were comfortable & no one in our group had any complaints. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Bonnie Doon is already a absolutely great destination & Petes hideaway particularly was the best hideaway with the lot ive ever stayed at maybe our host Ryan had much to do with that too.thanks Ryan I left you a small list off your grocery things we used & ran out off. thanks to your welcome chat. Absolutely perfect stay — the house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Would love to come back!

The house is practically brand new and everything is squeaky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you'd have at home (even sharp knives!). Beds were comfy with nice linen. We went in need of a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable in Hume House. The house is set in the Lake Hume resort, amongst the resort cabins. You have full access to the resort facilities, a little dated, but lots of fun. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and mini golf. It's also only a short walk to the lake for a swim. A drink on the balcony of 'The Boatshed' is a must.

Really enjoyed my time here, it was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you’d need in an airbnb. Location was great, quiet and had beautiful views in the mornings. Worth every dollar and I would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The bar with the pool table and table tennis was such a bonus! Plenty of space for a larger group with comfortable beds.

Rachel’s home is set in a beautiful location, very close to the rail trail where we could easily get out and walk the hounds having arrived at dark. We arrived on a chilly night but with a lovely fire and split system heating we quickly warmed up. Only a very short stay, Rachel was a lovely organised host.

We had a fantastic stay at The Gatehouse, which the large group of family and friends fitted in to perfectly. The house is so full of character and it was in such a great area, private in easy walking to both the conference venue and eateries. One small problem with a heater was quickly fixed and we continued our fabulous stay. big thanks to our hosts, Peter and Christine.
