Holiday rentals with lake access in Beechworth

We had the most wonderful time at Rachael's place. We travelled as a big family, mixture of kids and adults and the home had everything that we could have wanted, we didn't even need to leave! There were enough bedrooms to cater to everyone so lots of space. The pool and the huge yard and the games area kept the kids entertained and the outdoor alfresco area was perfect to sit out in the warm weather. The location is brilliant, backs right onto the river which was lovely to walk the 3 minute walk to the boat ramp to watch the sunrise each morning and was only a 15 minute walk to the local coffee shop. Rachael was lovely to deal with, nothing was too hard and we even had to change weekends due to a family clash and Rachael was super helpful in arranging that for us. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this place enough. Thanks again Rachael for a wonderful family weekend away.

It was nice house to stay, very cleaned and near to the city, restaurants and shops. Gail is very proactive, friendly and good host. She explained about property very well. Also, actively replied all the queries whenever needed. I must recommend this property to stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Whilst prices are on the rise for Easter stays, given we have been going to the area for a number of years we all felt the price here was reasonable. If prices go up any higher in the area it would probably go over our budget and sadly, we’d have to consider other Easter options. An Easter stay is becoming a luxury for families.

Perfect Spot. unfortunately we were there for only one night. loved it. for dinner - Northo Hotel down the road and breakfast Merchant Cafe a short walk in the other direction. perfect weather to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Kelsey. Benalla is a wonderful town and we might see you again in the not too distant future.

It was our second time staying at Woodbine Waters. We absolutely love this house, the waterfront, jetty and pool are always big ticks for our long summer holiday weekend as a family. Enough room for my parents, my 3 sisters and their husbands, myself and partner. Karen, Kath and Trudie from waterfront Holiday houses are wonderful hosts, easy to contact and super helpful. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Devon was so great to communicate with. We were offered early check in as the cleaner was finishing early (I understand this can’t always happen but we got lucky) and he was happy for us to leave a little later upon request. The pool was great. The house was spotless when we arrived. Dishes and bbq were also clean. It was a cozy house to spend a nice relaxing long weekend. And the beds were comfortable. We always struggle finding places with a comfortable mattress but this was great. Would definitely stay again

Briony’s place is tasteful in design and decor and set in lovely gardens; a creek feeds a pond at the front. And with the trees and hills in the background, very picturesque. Mt. Beauty and the supermarket with a good deli is 4 minutes by car. For lovely week it was our base for exploring the region, and it was a delight to return to each afternoon following an excursion. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. We found all we needed for preparing meals. For the evenings there were games, jigsaw puzzles and tv and wi-fi to stream. I slept soundly every night. The place is hard to fault as we found nothing wanting.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in the Alpines! The property was spotless, with clean bathrooms and well-maintained amenities. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One particularly helpful feature was the Tesla charger, which made traveling with our electric car incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the house more than made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

Lake View is in a perfect location, close to town centre, lovely lake/river walk and galleries. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.

The Shearer's is a lovely, relaxing and peaceful place to have a few days to rest and recuperate. We enjoyed having a peaceful spot to relax after day trips to the surrounding towns. Michael was very helpful and the children enjoyed having a fire to toast marshmallows. We highly recommend.

House was in a wonderful location, quick easy walk to and from the lake and local cafes. The place was small but perfect for a quick getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Les Chalets The place was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable. Nina is a nice person, instructed everything clearly and explained about everything.The location was ideal, with stunning views. We highly recommend this appartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Nina truly made our stay special.

It’s as described, can’t be happier about the place. It has everything you need for a family trip. Spa is really amazing.

This was the perfect stay for us. We didn’t want expensive luxury. Just a quiet get away, not too pricey and to live comfortably. That is what we got! It felt like home. Pet friendly is such a bonus, my dog loved exploring the back yard and sitting on the outside dog bed provided. Wonderful lake views, big TV, modern kitchen, laundry, air con, backyard fire pit and outdoor seating plus front porch seating as well. The heart of the town and lake are walking distance. Simmone when needed, was accomodating, kind, understanding and helpful. But she really just let us do our thing and enjoy our holiday. I will be returning very soon. This is my new Beechworth accom ! Thanks again, looking forward to next time!

We visited Beechworth to attend the paranormal investigations tour at the Asylum. The cottage is 3 mins drive from the pub (where we had a great feed) and about 5 from the asylum. Don’t trust Apple Maps, the cottage is ‘just’ out of town. The home is beautiful, and the linen is the softest you’ll find. The water is HOT so if you’re going to spa, only run the hot to the jets then change to cold. Highlight: the duckies walking through the back lawn as we relaxed outside with a drink.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is absolutely beautiful, and Keren was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout time so we didn’t have to rush. This meant a lot to us, especially with a newborn, as it usually takes a bit longer to get everything sorted. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and had a wonderful experience!

Was a lovely family stay for 5 nights with 2 kids. Plenty of room to relax in the house, make meals and do some washing. Very close to the creek and local town, literally just a few minutes walk. Check in and out was a breeze with the smart lock. Would recommend staying here is you want to be close to everything in town or the surrounds - great base for mountain bike trails only a 5-10 drive from Mystic Bike Park.

This is our second stay at Anne’s place. Place was clean, with everything you could need for a fun stay with a couple of families. Accessed the lake via the private boat area next to the property (def need a 4WD for launching ski boat) Will look forward to coming again next year

Absolutely beautiful character filled home. You can walk to town and bikes were provided to go further afield or on the rail trail. Can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated and has loads of charm. The location is close to town and to walking tracks. Sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun was amazing. Would love to stay again.
