Perfectly huddled between North Augusta and Aiken; enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just 9 miles to the Master's. Close to the I 520 and I 20. 8 min to Augusta. This cozy home has three large bedrooms. The primary suite features an oversized space with a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large tub and shower. Two guest rooms one with a full bed the other with two twins. A completely stocked kitchen with a fully loaded coffee bar. A fully fenced back yard.

Perfect for 1, ok for 2, tight for 3. Setup studio style. 1 Queen, 1 pullout couch (full). Climate controlled between 68-74 degrees in the winter. Very private (low) location-sits behind our family owned beauty supply store & can not be seen from the street. A restaurant, cigar lounge, beauty salon in same lot.
