For ski equipment storage, there is a heated ski box for two pairs of skis and shoes. Bikes can be stored in a locked bike shop. Washing machines (for coins) can be used on the ground floor of the building. One free outdoor parking spot is reserved in front of the building.

Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Family place in Old town/center

Located just few hundred meters from the famous Liberec cityhall, this apartment can easily accommodate up to six people. I know that for sure, we stay here once a while with our four children. There are plenty of toys to play with and a piano keyboard to play music. Big bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The house has been built in the same year as the famous Liberec city hall. Our apartment is on second floor.

In summer, it is possible to come with bikes and enjoy the landscape unique with its beauty. In the winter time, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer to stay for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday.
