The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Pohorska Gozdna Vila

Nestled in the heart of Pohorje's forests, Pohorje Forest Villa accommodates up to 4 people and offers a wide range of possibilities for total relaxation and enjoyment. It is modern, stylishly finished, with plenty of space on two floors. The peculiarity of the villa is the large triangular window that extends across the entire front of the property, allowing for an unobstructed view of nature and creating a sense of openness. There is also an outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi to ensure complete relaxation after a busy day.

Entire upper floor, w/ bedroom, mezzanine and w/c

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging (please let us know prior to arrival). Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. We charge a supplement of €10 per use for car charging, allowing us to maintain a high quality of services.
