Studio de 30m2 dans sous sol de maison situé à proximité de commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, aldi, Netto, action....), à 15 min sortie autoroute, à 1.5km de la gare TER de Saint Vallier et 500m de la ViaRhona. Kitchenette équipée d'un four, plaque à induction, cafetière Senseo, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Le linge de maison est fourni.
