Simple and functional house, a 10-minute walk from the train station , close to the highway exit and all shops. Back from the road, you will be quiet while being close (15 minutes on foot ) to the historic city center. 15 places in beds + 2 additional places on convertibles. Unheated Piscinnette from June 1st to September 1st. Air conditioning in the large upper room that allows you to refresh the whole thing in summer. Parties and events prohibited due to the very close neighborhood.

For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

The Fruitier de Germolles

We offer you a Burgundian immersion in an old "Folie" and then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. At the heart of the Châlons coast, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and unusual stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bicycle and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (table tennis, foosball and billiards).

Winegrower's house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Route. 80 m2 cottage with shared inner courtyard where garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping-pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on weather) are at your disposal Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (biking, tasting, etc.) nearby

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

House with heated pool - five minutes from Beaune

Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.

The house Merlin is a cottage with a capacity of 18 people located in the heart of the village of Savigny les Beaune, it enjoys a privileged location in the center of the village which is among the most beautiful vineyard of the coast of Beaune. This family house of 300 m2 combines authenticity, serenity, art of living, and invites you into wine immersion with the promise of a stay rich in discoveries.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
