The cottage is located 5 minutes from Montrésor, one of the most beautiful villages in France, halfway between Loches and Saint-Aignan, two medieval cities. Beauval Zoo is less than 15 minutes away and without traffic jams! Close to many castles: Chenonceau, Amboise, Montpoupon... The area is full of excursion possibilities: Hiking, troglodyte site, leisure center with flea market beach, village festivals, cellar tours...

In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers you all the comforts you need to share a holiday with family or friends. The ideal starting point for exploring the Touraine, the ZooParc de Beauval, the Loire châteaux, Lake Chemillé sur Indrois, its swimming area, its adventure park and its water sports centre.

6-person gîte

Spread over 2 levels of 60m2 each, this cottage is composed of 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen on a large living room, a shower room and 2 toilets. Bookable for 2 nights minimum except summer school holidays, minimum 4 nights . Guests can enjoy an extensive wooded lot on which there is a boules court, a ping pong table and a 10X4 swimming pool accessible to the tenants of the cottage and the bed and breakfasts. We also offer 3 guest rooms (2, 4 or family 6 beds)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly restored place to stay. In the middle of a green setting you will be in a very quiet environment. The dining room is perfect for 10, if there are more of you, don't hesitate to have the children eat before or in the living room!Ideal for four couples with kids. Maximum capacity 14 babies included. Great for a family get together or weekend with friends. The outdoor furniture is suitable for 14 people.

L'abri'gîte

Relax at this natural, relaxing home. This one is located in the village of a charming village with an Abbey and an Abbatial. Come and enjoy our gîte, nicknamed "l'Abri'gîte", which can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children. Free parking space, located next to the church. The home has been fully restored, all amenities are brand new. Following the scorching summer of 2026, an air conditioner was installed in the bedroom on the 2nd floor.
