Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. The owners do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Case Bonita is a 2 bedroom, 21/2 bath pool house located on 51/2 acres in the middle of town. It is gated and surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, magnolias, and blooming plants. You will have access to the shared yard and pool. There is a fire pit, seating, and lounge chairs around the pool. Only registered guest have use of the property-no parties, weddings, gatherings, smoking, drugs, or pets. Please be considerate of others on the property. We welcome extended stays.

House has a primary bedroom: king bed & ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom: queen bed. 3rd bedroom:2 twin XL beds. Den: Sleeper sofa. 2nd bath at the end of the hall. Sleeps 8 with no extra fees per person. Smart TVs. Wifi, no cable. The indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity because it is not usable at this time.
