Fonctionnelle et confortable, la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, que ce soit pour quelques nuits en semaine ou un week-end au calme. Un parking gratuit se situe dans la rue, à 100 mètres. Le circuit des 24H du Mans se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture. L’entrée d’autoroute à 5km.

The house is located between Le Mans (24 Hours cars, motorcycles, trucks, Cité Plantagenêt, Papéa Parc) and Alençon (Normandy region, Cité des Ducs) and 8 minutes from the highway. Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. P'tit Loft at the Farm 25 minutes from Le Mans

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. You are very welcome! Well located, close to the A28 highway exit, between Le Mans and the Alpes Mancelles Park. Linens, cleaning included and farm visit if you wish. Breakfast included.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

And don't worry: the shops are very close, even if you feel far from everything.

The Atypical

L'Atypique is a small charming house, recently renovated with love. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.

For a weekend, forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing space. Ideal for a large family, this farmhouse is located in the Sarthe countryside, 30 minutes drive to Le Mans (15 minutes by train). The owners are housed in an adjoining and independent space, they remain available if needed.
