Settle in to this 90m2 apartment on the 1st floor. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) and a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The location is perfect: only 30 minutes from the famous Le Mans 24h circuit, 18 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval, 15 minutes from La Ferté-Bernard train station and 25 minutes from Le Mans train station. All the essential shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) are within walking distance

Children enjoy autumn activities: flower crowns, painting and crafts, in contact with our donkeys and goats. Seasonal dinner, snack and homemade breakfast available on request. Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
