Beautiful loft near the downtown area. Ideally located and equipped for both short and long stays. Enjoy year‑round access to the jacuzzi, a garage, outdoor parking, and a terrace with a fire pit. Private entrance with keypad lock. Includes a full kitchen, Wi‑Fi, a 52" TV with streaming apps, and a PS4 console. 30A charging via NEMA 14‑50P adapter (you must bring your specific car adapter). Please note: access is only via stairs. No accessibility ramp.

Relax in nature in this great chalet and wonderful place! A superb, very comfortable and warm cabin in the heart of nature. The ideal place to fill up with fresh air, nature and quality time. All the charm of the sugar shack: the forest, the maples, the trails (4 trails of about 1 km each), and even a private lake. Our visitors enjoy biking, walking, snowshoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding on the lake. Also bring your 4-wheelers and mountain bikes!

The apartment, completely renovated in 2020, offers you: a private bedroom with a view of the Chaudière River, a full and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a high table, a work desk, a shower room and a comfortable sitting area. You will have access, on the same floor, to a common and free laundry room. You'll be steps from several restaurants and shops. In addition, the bike path passes directly in front of the accommodation.

The Soapmaker's Loft

On the second floor of the house, a loft has been converted. Everything is there, full and private kitchen and bathroom. Small balcony overlooking the church steeple and the village. The displayed price is for 2 people. If you want to have the office/bedroom you must enter number of people 3 to get the adjusted price. You can also add this extra once you arrive. At only 30 minutes from Quebec, the Phoenix mtn cabin literally rises from the ashes. After a fire ravaged our first cabin in 2024, we imagined, designed, and rebuilt a space that allows nature to take center stage. The architecture is raw yet thoughtful. The materials, the lines, the light: everything is there to give way to what truly matters—the view, the space, and the element.

Welcome to the Family Chalet on an enchanting site in a woodland lined with a private lake. The Chalet offers remarkable brightness and comfort. Close to the fields and the forest, there are several walking trails. In addition, a private path gives access to the family farm as well as the sugar shack. All in an extraordinary setting at the foot of the Appalachians.
