Château de Meauce, Maison du vigneron

The house known as the Vigneron du Château de Meauce is located opposite and at the foot of the Château; it is classified as a Historic Monument and is located on the classified natural site of the Bec d'Allier (confluence between the Loire and the Allier). The house dates from the 16th century and was used to house the family of the master winemaker, then the seamstress of the castle. Relax in this unique and quiet house at the foot of the Allier River (private beaches of the castle 100 meters walk from the door of the house).

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Small house near circuit

House located in the municipality of Saint-Parize-Le-Châtel, completely renovated and well equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine), with two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the second with a choice between a king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). You will also have a large garage and a terrace with barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided. 20 minutes from Nevers (A77).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.
