Close to the Loire and the Canal du Nivernais, a lovely detached house located in the city centre. Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.
