My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

If you value coziness, warm and inviting environment, responsive, friendly, and attentive host then Cozy House will not disappoint. From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

This is the second time we took our family here. Everything is as great as we remembered. The kids enjoyed swimming, jacuzzing, rowing the boat and playing ping pong and billiards when it is raining. Great three-day weekend well spent. The lake view is fantastic and it is 1.5 hours from Manhattan or 2 hours from Brooklyn. The rate did get more expensive comparing to two years ago but I can tell the location is still very popular from June on. I guess May is a nice shoulder season and the host allowed us to do early check in and late check out. Maybe it is more affordable to combine two families or a group of friends.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

SPECTACULAR! Tom & Carol are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely enjoy sharing their Piece of Heaven with guests. Anything you need, 24/7, just ask. Tom’s art & sculpture, inside & out, will blow you away! If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

Beautiful layout and views: The living room extends to an expansive harbor view as we opened the door. When we turn around the lofty A frame transitions into the bedroom connected by a wooden spiral stair. Interior appliances are good and functional. Plenty of Pillows and blankets to get cozy. The Weber Grill is great to use. We used public transport and Uber and it was pretty easy to get around - 15 mins to nearby scenes and restaurants.

This was a short stay but we absolutely adored it. Having small things like extra amenities, leaving the farm fresh eggs for us, the succulent gift--it made me feel like I should have extended my stay if I had the time. I absolutely would love to re-book. We live in PA and this was such a short and scenic drive, and kept our dog safe and occupied. Highly recommended for families or couples!

When you are accustom to five star and you just want a place to be absolutely quiet and be present with nature , this places is it !

Our stay at the little blue house on Ohayo Mountain Road was incredibly easy and peaceful. Being at the top of the mountain was lovely whether it was clear skies or downpouring rain. The house was quiet, clean, open, and comfortable. The climate was easy to control, the bed was comfortable, and it was thankfully very dark thanks to blackout curtains on the largest windows and door. (Though if you’re very sensitive to light, you may consider bringing material to block out light that shines through the window screen of the bedroom a/c unit.) The bathroom was clean, shower had great water pressure, and we had all the linens we could need. The gasket for the drain in the bathtub we think needs to be replaced as it did slowly let water out and gurgled until we temporarily sealed it with some plastic wrap from the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it was pretty well stocked with tools, gadgets, and utensils for a rental! The knives were even sharp! And the location can’t be beat!

Highly recommend this place! It is absolutely perfect for any events at West Point. We were there for our daughter's graduation, and the location cannot be beat! It is also a very charming cottage with a great deck and yard, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Hope to stay there again!

This was the ultimate 5-star luxury experience for a reasonable price. As soon as you walk in the door you see how unique the experience will be. You are immediately greeted by a pristine, modern kitchen, fully stocked with a wide variety of cooking staples (spices, oils, pots & pans, etc.) and an enormous selection of coffees, espressos, and teas to go along with four different brewing options (drip coffee, Keurig, Miele, and Nespresso). Both bathrooms were decorated with a beautiful, spa-like atmosphere and stocked with a wide variety of toiletries, more than we have ever seen and way too many to list. Our family enjoyed trying out all the different brands and types of body soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and we also appreciated the availability of other random amenities (razors, tooth brushes/pastes, etc.) to fill the gaps for what we forgot. The outdoor space is fit for any entertainment needs, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The best AirBnb experience ever!

Every single detail has been carefully considered—from the beautifully designed interior to the incredibly functional layout and thoughtful amenities. It’s clear that a lot of heart and intention went into creating this space. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the little touches (like quality toiletries, snacks, and so many appliances) made it feel more like a boutique hotel than an Airbnb. The VIEW, lighting, decor, and atmosphere made it instantly feel like home, and I found myself wishing I could stay longer. Arlo was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and you can tell he really wants you to feel right at home. This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

After using Airbnb for years now no other place was a perfect 10. The lake house was simply great. Not only the physical status but the follow up and generosity of the hosts where beyond. We didn’t want to leave.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, wishing we booked for longer. From the second we walked through the door we were super relaxed. The whole house is decorated for a very cozy feel and the house was super clean. We did not leave once we got there until check-out and never felt bored or like we needed to get out of the house. This house has everything you need to cook, relax there is also plenty of things to do. We loved the air hockey table and I spent most of my time in the hot tub which is right next to the river. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed!

One of the cooler homes we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Rob’s home was immaculate and well-appointed; the location couldn’t be better. We slept with the windows and doors open, utilizing the phantom screens, to listen to the gentle rolling falls outside. Incredible!

Absolutely beautiful stay, Brian is an amazing host and went above and beyond with instructions and helped whenever needed. Their place is located in such a beautiful area, it is quiet and within 10 min drive to stores. The space is very clean and organized. My guests and I felt right at home.
