It was originally owned by the Helm's of Helmsburg, IN and has been completely renovated from the exterior walls inward during 2019. Helmsburg Station pays tribute to the history of its quaint location as the original direct route from Indianapolis to Brown County via the railroad line. The Hidden Shroom is nestled in the woods in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of Nashville. The space is pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio with a hot tub & two person sauna. The apartment is in a finished basement with a private exterior entrance. Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.

Kick back and relax in this 1880's historic home. The shabby chic antique decor invites a cozy night’s setting in this 2-bedroom unit. The entire 2nd floor is dedicated to offering a comfy peaceful setting for guests. Each bedroom includes a Queen bed and sitting room accoutrements. A Game Room Parlor offers fun and relax time for morning coffee or evening game & TV time. One shared hallway bath. In the cold , you can enjoy coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The Sanctuary.

The owner lives full time in the upper level with her service dog Jessie but you will probably never see her unless they are out in the yard playing fetch or working in the garden.
