Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Do you want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome to the woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

An 18th-century mill with a mill race on the banks of the Aron, in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed property, pool (heated in summer). We provide our house with all the amenities and elements that make it up inside and outside (BBQ, sunbathing, ping-pong table, petanque balls, etc.) Ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will be alone there. No neighbors and therefore not overlooked.

Bazolles Baye Pond Nivernais Canal

Fully renovated independent cottage composed of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo...), bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom (high-end bedding), a living room with a sofa bed (thick and quality mattress.) Linens are not provided. Pellet and electric stove heating. Land of about 400 m2, terrace with garden furniture, table, barbecue, deckchair. Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
