Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends surrounded by nature, 2 minutes from the city center of Bazas with its market, square and Cathedral, at the gates of the Graves and Sauternais vineyards. Located 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than 1.5 hours from Arcachon Bay, the Pyla Dune and the Ocean. For sports enthusiasts, the bike path will lead you to many trails to discover the Landes forest.

In the heart of Bazas, near the cathedral, shops and restaurant terraces for 2, 4 people, bright and comfortable charming house. On the ground floor, 1 large living room, dining room, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi. A large kitchen equipped with care, chef's piano and central island. In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. Come and recharge your batteries with friends or family in this peaceful retreat!

Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.
