This place is gorgeous, serene, and luxurious. From the amenities to the ambience, everything is superb quality. Even a handbaked welcome cake. Susan was wonderful and gave me recommendations to explore the beautiful nature areas nearby. She is so personable and even lent me a book to read while I was there. The ocean breeze through the windows was amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. A safe and quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Susan's place is very convenient to so many natural attractions. I highly recommend everything about Susan and her retreat style place.

This house was simple and clean in a fantastic location. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation.

We had such a great stay here! The host and her husband were both super nice and made us feel really welcome. The place itself was beautiful—very clean, quiet, and had a really nice luxury vibe. We felt totally safe the whole time. It’s in a great spot too—an easy, super scenic drive to downtown San Luis Obispo, and really close to Morro Bay as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, airfryer was great to have, the fireplace was a cozy touch, and the TV setup was great for relaxing. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Tracy’s Peaceful Suite was indeed peaceful. The location was close to the water, hikes and restaurants. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Everything was perfect, inviting and clean!
