We had an amazing stay at this place! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. The house is located by the sea, allowing us to take relaxing walks along the beach and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. The host was very thoughtful and provided plenty of daily essentials, making our stay even more convenient. We truly appreciate such a pleasant accommodation experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Phil and Pauline were great hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was quiet and felt quite private from their house although on the same property. They were welcoming and helpful but also respected our space and privacy. The unit was small but still felt spacious, and was very clean, neat and tidy. The location was fabulous, an easy stroll to Hampton street and Sandringham. We also enjoyed a leisurely beach walk (when it wasn’t raining). We would definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at Minnie's apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and well located. Of particular note, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. You can really tell that Minnie cares, it is rare that you sleep better at an Airbnb than you do in your own home. Thank you Minnie for putting so much thought and care into making your guests comfortable.

Leanne’s house was stunning. She has so proactive with her responses and instructions which made for a seamless check in. The location was great, although we didn’t see the beach due to the weather, it would of been a beautiful walk in such a nice suburb. Easy to catch Uber from the outside. I love the touches of Alive brand shampoo/conditioner, that was lovely to see. Her decor and design has to be complimented. I loved my time and hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended! Thank you for accomodating us Leanne, you are such a lovely host and have a lovely home.

We spent a week at this beach view place, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the bed was super comfortable, and the WiFi was fast enough for remote work.

We had a lovely stay at Vinola’s townhouse! Very large place with high end finishes! We loved being close to the Brighton Beach boxes and enjoyed looking out at the beautiful view from the living area.

This place was amazing! Tracey was super responsive to my queries, we were able to check in earlier and instructions for the properly was clear and easy to access. The house was amazing, there was 9 of us staying due to all travelling for a wedding that was local to the area and it was amazing, we all had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each-other in the house. The house was super super clean and tidy, all descriptions were accurate and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle’s! She was very supportive and kind while we stayed there for our holidays! We really loved the little garden space outside the home. The interiors of the house needs commending! We loved the natural light that came into the kitchen and the whole house. We also loved there was so much space to walk around the house. It was also convenient to have the mall just being a 5 min walk from the house as well. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone exploring the beaches from Brighton to Mornington!

Anthony was a great host who's responsive, helpful and considerate. The property is located 3mins stroll to the beach and a short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants. It has all you need and more to feel comfortably at home. There were so many nice touches including books, board games, condiments for cooking and a ‘candy bar’ which made this a great place to chill out and relax in. We have been spending 7 days at the house of Lisa and has been a great experience in one of the best neighborehoods in Melbourne. The house is very well kept and is extremely well equipped - including toys that kids loved to play with and kept them busy! We loved all the space and the garden behind the house was very nice and full of flowers and trees. Lisa has been with Ryan great hosts and always present - including offering to buy some groceries as we arrived late on Sunday and all was closed. Definitely we will come back! Thanks again!

John and Anna Louise had the perfect amount of contact. While living behind the property, they left us to our privacy for checking in and leaving - and touched base via the app if we needed anything just the right amount of times. Black Rock is a beautiful beach suburb and this property is in a great location for walking or a quick drive to shops & cafes. The house is lovely and cosy and you feel at home the minute you walk in, our border collie loved it too. Plenty of towels were provided and the main bedroom bed was huge and very comfortable! Would definitely return to this property.

Our first Airbnb stay in Melbourne was a wonderful experience for our family of eight. The decor was cozy and homey, and the kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Everything was comfortable for our six days stay. The bathroom was clean, and all the utensils and kitchen appliances worked well. Our hosts, Ken and Jo, were friendly and helpful—always ready to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They are truly genuine hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
