J'ai vraiment apprécié ce logement confortable et calme, le tout dans un quartier non touristique et très vivant, avec d'excellents restaurants. Communication très facile avec l'hôte, toujours réactif. Que du positif. Je reviendrai pour sûr !

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

I stayed there for 1 month, and everything was good, I'm satisfied. there are a lot of shops and restaurants outside so you can go and explore, it's close to the transportation, there is Atakoy/Sirinevler metro station, and" Şirinevler Metrobus (a line between beylikduzu which is the western in Istanbul, and sougtlucesme which is the eastern one in the Asian side) also there is minibus near to the room. the property is a room and kitchen(inside the room) and a bathroom, it's like a studio apartment, and I think it's better for a single person than couples, the only thing is there is a tube in the ceiling added for the combi boiler but it was ok for me, also there is a sub-door for the room, and main door, when you enter from the main door there is two doors, one for another room and one for your room. you can find almost everything that you need regarding kitchen tools, bathroom ... etc. the only thing that I can say wasn't that good is the bed, it was a sofa bed. recommended.

Thank you, Mr.Erdogan, for a great stay! The house was spotless, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia & Sultanahmet mosque. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

Ahmet has an excellent property for staying in a good location, all the taxi, bus and metro stations are just a minute away from the area, and there are many bazaars, local shops and supermarkets He has a fabulous hospitality and is always responsible and friendly Thanks, and hope to be in Istanbul and stay there again

Mein Aufenthalt in Tariks Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Lage war perfekt – die Bushaltestelle war nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Fähre konnte ich in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichen und direkt auf die asiatische Seite übersetzen. Nur zwei Minuten entfernt gab es einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, was den Alltag sehr erleichtert hat. Auch der bekannte Eminönü-Platz war in nur drei Bushaltestellen erreichbar. Alternativ konnte man die Strecke auch zu Fuß zurücklegen – der Weg war angenehm und bot schöne Eindrücke der Stadt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Tarik war ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Замечательная квартира, а ещё лучше хозяин квартиры. Постоянно был на связи. Квартира очень большая, уютная и самое главное, чистая. На кухне есть все принадлежности для приготовления еды. До центра 50 минут на общественном транспорте. Рядом много магазинов, в 10 минут ходьбы станция метро. У нас были проблемы с вылетом, хозяин пошёл нам на встречу. Очень благодарны ему за это! Всем рекомендуем.

В этом доме останавливалась примерно 10 раз! Очень безопасно самое главное! Хозяин всегда на связи! Расположение просто отличное!

Wir waren mehr als begeistert, als wir die Unterkunft und das Zimmer betreten haben. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Zudem war alles sehr sauber, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktischerweise gibt es noch einen Kiosk und ein kleines Café im Untergeschoss der Unterkunft. Ein zusätzlich großer Pluspunkt waren der Pool und die Sauna, die ebenso sehr sauber waren. Ich würde diese Unterkunft - vor allem für diesen Preis - immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
