Emmette’s place is gorgeously idyllic, set right on the Bayou Teche. It is a great home to unwind and decompress without being too far from options to eat and for activities. More than anything, Emmette has a good heart that makes house a home away from home for you. We had family visit us unexpectedly and he couldn’t have been more obliging. All in all, we were thoroughly satisfied!

A little paradise in the land of birds and gators! We wanted to spend 2 restful nights in the middle of our road trip and Monica and Don's place met our expectations perfectly! Very cozy, extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped! Monica's advice and extreme kindness made us feel at home! Book with your eyes closed in this little paradise! You won't be disappointed! A stone's throw from Lake Martin and Breaux Bridge, this is a quiet rental that will enchant you! Thank you so much! We will keep a very good memory of this stopover at your place both of you!

I've stayed at Paz's place here before and was happy to stay again, this time for almost two weeks while I worked on projects. It was a productive time. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I never had a problem with the shared bathroom, nor with street parking, nor with anything else. I know Lafayette, and loved the proximity to downtown and the university both. Eli, who lives in the house, and his dog, Sam, were easy to be with. I appreciated Eli's generosity; he was a good housemate for my time there. I'd certainly try to stay again when I'm in town and need a place.

I recommend this place, and I will be staying here again whenever I travel I-10. It’s just off the highway, and the flexible self-check-in and check-out was worry-free! I arrived just after 10 pm, and my key was waiting for me in the lockbox. I’ve never rented just a room before, so I was nervous as to what it would be like. I actually didn’t see another human being the whole time I was there, which was actually great! I felt safe and liked the fact that the front door is locked at 10 pm (when I arrived) and each room locks with its own key. I had my own window a/c unit which worked great! The bed was comfy, and the room looked just like the pics. I loved the fact that there were two bathrooms—at least one was always free. I get up multiple times in the night to go to the bathroom, and appreciated the fact that the light in the hall stays on. The WiFi works great, and I actually used it to work my remote job on my computer for a few hours the next morning. Nice TV in my room, too!

KAELA'S place looked exactly like the pictures. The facility is in a great location. It was close off the highway, & right near heaps of great places to explore. I had my inside tent themed party here. The facility was very nice, & clean. This place had everything you need. There's a restaurant style kitchen fully equipped it was a huge bonus. There's a separate private shower only area which was another bonus. All the kitchen appliances we needed was available for use. My stay was definitely worth more than I paid. There is a Margarita machine, Manikin Cup Cake Stand, A beautiful bookshelf wine glass holder rack, & last but not least their Grass photo backdrop wall was beautiful. My guest enjoyed the space. I highly recommend this space. I will use this space every time I am in town.
