The house was very neat and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was good and close enough to businesses. Conny was very responsive and friendly. We hope to visit there again when we come visit family.

Briana is an absolutely wonderful host - very responsive and informative. We were thankful to be able to extend our stay an extra month while in the process of purchasing a house. The house itself is stocked well with all essentials. Lots of towels which we appreciated especially as ours boys loved playing in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The location is super convenient- just a quick drive to US 19 but not in an area that gets congested. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and my kids loved the pool. The only negative was not being able to take a bath in the large jetted tub. There wasn’t a stopper provided to be able to fill the tub and relax in the bath. All else was amazing and my kids and I loved it!

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

We stayed here for weekend friends trip and had a lovely time. House is very clean and cozy! The backyard and pool was great! We spent all day by the pool. Loved the experience. Definitely recommend.

This was my first experience using Airbnb and David made it easy and responded quickly! Such a beautiful property and perfect for a family like mine. The pool was exceptional and although it was a shared pool we had it to ourselves majority of the time which was a plus. The horses are such a calming touch and nice to visit when you have the free time especially for the kiddos!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The house was very spacious and clean. We had a 2 and 3 year old and the house is super kid friendly. There were toys, bikes, floaties, life jackets and a crib for them. We loved the pool and the outdoor seating. We will definitely consider booking with them again.

This place is amazing I can’t say enough good things about it. The property was spotlessly clean tastefully decorated comfy beds lovely bathrooms. Tracy has done everything to make sure it’s like a home from home and that’s exactly the way it felt from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed and the welcome basket was a lovely thought. The back of the property has beautiful views with nice seating we even spotted a dolphin one afternoon it was so peaceful and relaxing and we used the pool most days. The area is quiet and we felt very safe Hudson is easy to get around everything seems to be on one straight road either way, there’s a Walmart minutes away and down town port st Richie just a few minutes drive. Homosassa springs was about 35min drive and well worth a visit. We ate at Catches restaurant just a few minutes drive away which had good food and cocktails. So the property is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Sherri’s place was fantastic, perfect for our family. The pool was great and the kids loved fishing off the deck. House was cleans and spacious. Beds were very comfortable too! Definitely recommend staying here! Sherri was so responsive and helpful!

This place is very nice and cozy love that it’s on the water it’s beautiful and the golf cart is an amazing touch , the host is very nice and very accommodating

I enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and quiet. The host was always available for any questions. I will stay here again if I ever visit Florida.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place, the location near the three main attractions we wanted to see was perfect, under an hour drive to Busch gardens, Clearwater Beach, and right down the block from weeki wachee. The additional amenities at the place were perfect, with our impromptu visit to the beach, having access to a umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon was perfect. Obviously the kids loved having the pool! There is also lots of bird watching. The only downfall which is out of his control, is how busy the street is out front with many cars traveling down it very fast, just something to be aware of with little ones.

Best experience. She even had beach toys and towels for guests. The place was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the country house. Everything was clean and easy to find. I appreciated that all cleaning supplies , papertowels , toilet paper etcetera was on hand in the home.

We loved it here! Stayed with my girlfriend to visit family and it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Clean, perfect location, had everything we needed, and gave us a sense of feeling like we were locals. Mike was also really accommodating for us. Great place to stay for anyone visiting New Port Richey!

Kelly's place was everything the listing promised and more. The location was peacefull and the views stunning! This is a great place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend time with family. We used the kayaks every day! We will definitely be back!

This is a delightful little house in a quiet neighborhood and felt secluded. The house was just as described, cozy with all the amenities we needed for our 5 day visit. Her house was extremely clean with comfortable beds and a strong wifi connection! Check-in and check-out were super easy. Maram was a fantastic host and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I would definitely not hesitate to book her place!

My family of 5 and I had an absolutely amazing stay in this home. Everyone slept very comfortably and had the kids had an amazing time in the pool. It was a perfect size pool for the kids. Jason was very kind and more than helpful. One example is that we were under the impression that a pack and play was available on site and when we arrived unfortunately unbeknownst to Jason a previous guest had stolen it. Jason had a brand new delivered to the home with in 30 mins. I have nothing negative to say about this host and his home. We would definitely stay again if in that area.

Beautiful house, lots of activities for kids (and adults) like the pool, mini golf, corn hole, horse shoe, basketball, etc. Didn't get time to explore the area too much or visit any restaurants as we were there for a specific event.

This was a great unit. It was really nice being right on the water. Loved how it was decorated. It has a Florida style yet very stylish. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The host was great. Would book again.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the house was clean and welcoming. Everything I needed was exactly where Kimberleigh said it would be. Kimberleigh has everything you could possibly need, from make up remover wipes to hair ties and straighteners in case you forgot your own. The home was sparkling clean and quite comfortable, with extra throw blankets and pillows. Every detail you can think of for a peaceful getaway has been executed. Kimberleigh, thank you for the clear communication and quick responses to everything and having such a beautiful getaway spot you’re willing to share with the world. I didn’t want to leave but I will certainly be back.

Awesome spot! John had everything covered—coffee, bug spray, beach towels, even sunscreen. The house was super nice with cool decor and easy access to the Gulf. Would totally stay again!
