Nous avons passé un super week-end chez Virginie, les enfants ont profité de la nature, nous avons pu pêcher et faire une pause dans l'agitation de la ville, Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons logé dans une jolie maison, avec jaccuzzi, les hôtes étaient accueillant et la maison propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit coin reposant. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Top verblijf, schoon, goede uitrusting, comfortabel. Fijne buitenruimte en zwembad. Enige minpuntje is dat trap naar eerste en tweede verdieping niet geschikt is voor kleine kinderen en minder validen. Edouard gaf aan deze eerdaags te gaan vervangen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le jacuzzi est très appréciable !

Un cottage d’une grande beauté avec technologie (Tv, internet, jacuzzi) et rusticité (cheminée, colombage, nature)! Un endroit paisible et chaleureux. Du personnel disponible et très agréable, des l’arrivée et jusqu’au départ. C’est un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et dans lequel nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir!

Super séjour. La salle de jeux est un vrai plus. On s’est éclaté

My very first Air BnB experience and I would give Sylvie a much higher rating than 5/5 if I could. The cottage is located in a small quiet town just a 12-15 minute car ride from Saint mere Eglise. For my hikers, a 1 hour and 12 minute beautiful hike down the road of Gambosville. (Which is a very beautiful walk with cows, sheep and donkeys along the way.) The cottage is very clean, cozy and warm with all that you can ask for. A comfortable bed, working stove and oven, a fridge, plenty of cookware, fast wifi and two beautiful bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub! And my favorite, a beautiful garden to enjoy with outside sitting furniture and a grill and much more! Most importantly, Sylvie is a true one of a kind human soul. She made me feel warm, welcomed and loved my entire stay and treated me like family. Making it very hard to say goodbye. I gained an unforgettable experience and a true friend that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so much, Sylvie!

Very quiet and relaxing countryside home, if you don’t mind the church bells, next door, tolling every hours and half hours. The house has been renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The hot water capacity is adequate (the majority of homes in France we stayed at allows for warm shower enough for one person, not this one) Régine is very sweet and quite accommodating. We felt at home, the moment we arrived at her property. Thank you Régine for sharing your gut with us.

séjour hyper reposant et agréable. Deborah et Jean sont des hôtes sympa, réactifs, a l'écoute. leur maison est juste au top pour s'éloigner des bruits de la ville. un terrain verdoyer pour prendre l'air et des produits locaux hyper bon. ( cidre ,jus de pomme et gelée de pomme) le logement est situé non loin de Bayeux des plages du débarquement et de Caen. logement spacieux et très bien équipé. brochures des activités à faire aux alentours et livres à disposition si un retour en Normandie est à refaire ça sera chez eux sans hésiter !! je recommande ++++

We had a nice relaxing stay at the gite. It is quite remote and not walkable to any restaurants or amenities. But it’s an easy drive to Omaha Beach, Bayeux, Utah Beach and Saint Mere Eglise so a great location for exploring Normandy. We enjoyed our visit to Normandy and loved sitting on the deck in the morning sunlight before our day.

Barbara est d une gentillesse incroyable et très conciliante sur des demandes particulières. J ai beaucoup apprécié qu elle me rappelle en direct alors qu au départ son longement était géré par une conciergerie, qui finalement m avait laissé sans réponse. Ma famille et moi même avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison d hôte, très mignonne et très bien placée.

Un havre de paix à 7 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. La maison est bien équipée et le jardin privatif très agréable pour les repas.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Leider gab es entgegen der Beschreibung kein Babybett. Ansonsten wäre noch wichtig zu wissen, dass wenn eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht wird, die französische Größe (240x220 cm) benötigt wird. Das hatten wir leider nicht bedacht- wird auch nicht angegeben.

Un grand merci à Nathalie et Damien pour leur accueil et la qualité du logement. Tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour : le gîte est propre, joliment décoré, cosy et très bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille et nous recommandons ce gîte à tous ceux qui ont envie de découvrir la Normandie. C’est vraiment un super point de départ, entre la mer, la campagne et plein de lieux chargés d’histoire.

Gut zu finden, dank genauer Angaben. Parkplätze vorhanden mit abschließbarem Tor. Haus Alarmgesichert (Bedienung nach erstem Fehlalarm gut ;-). Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung und noch mehr. Küche super zum Kochen und Essen (genügend Platz). Schlafen in guten Betten (groß mit guter Bettwäsche). Zimmer sind gut. Einziges Manko, da Altbau, es knarrt der Fußboden, was im ganzen Haus hörbar ist. Wenn also in der Nacht der Toilettengang durchgeführt wird, können es die anderen hören. Ansonsten totale Stille und Ruhe. Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen (auch DVD) und Tischfußball ist sehr gemütlich. Ruhe pur. Wenn das Wetter mal etwas kälter ist, dann ist die vorhandene Heizung zur Stelle. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist, da sind wir 4 einig, ist die Lage. Wir hatten das Vergnügen während des D-Day Festivals (31.5. bis 15.6.) dort zu sein. Alle bekannten D-Day Orte sind relativ schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants gibt es viele in der Gegend. Schlösser und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gerne wieder!

Tout a été parfait. La maison est magnifique, dispose de tous les équipements et se situe en pleine campagne, au calme. Catherine nous a accueilli avec un jus de pomme maidon délicieux. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons en Suisse Normande.

Nous avons été accueilli par Odile dans son très charmant gite. Le cadre est idyllique : nous sommes entourés d'arbres, de fleurs et de cerisiers. Les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps avec les chèvres qu'ils nourrissaient et ils ont récupéré les oeufs des poules qui nous ont nourri. Nous avons été surpris par la générosité et la réactivité d'Odile : des oranges, bananes, noix et noisettes, cidre et jus de pomme, sans oublier les cerises (que nous avons cueillies) nous ont été gentiment offerts par Odile; la télé qui ne marchait pas a été vite remplacée. La maison est fidèle aux photos : toutes les chambres et séjour sont décorés de manière florale/romantique et sont très confortables et indépendants; La cuisine est complètement équipée. Le jardin est grand, avec de belles assises pour les belles soirées, et des balançoires et toboggans. Tout était à la fois fonctionnel et élégant. Qu'elle belle adresse de Normandie, et Odile est l'hôtesse parfaite au grand coeur. Grand merci Odile!

This was an amazing stay! Tony was very proactive from the beginning with helpful information and recommendations. The house is nestled in the countryside and would be hard to find were it not for Tony's very clear instructions illustrated with pictures to make sure we found it easily. The location is breathtaking, even in March when spring hadn't quite fruits way there yet. I'd love to return to see the blooms and fruit trees ripening. The surroundings were straight out of a storybook. The interior matched that effect. Rooms held decor featuring bunnies and florals in a true French country style that reminded me of childhood and tales of Peter Rabbit. We frequently saw wild rabbits nibbling the grass outside our windows. It was magical for our children. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, even a play area with many toys, games and books. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and warm. There was heat & hot water. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, very cozy, clean and lovely decor. Very spacious with everything you need. Has 2 sofas in living room with dining table. Great having two bathrooms and showers, also a bath. Has TV in first floor bedroom, further 2 bedrooms on third floor. Also Kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, was great having large wine glasses and cups. Has small conservatory area where you can sit and has a lovely outside raised decking with sun beds. Location is great, right next to restaurant, very quiet, did not hear any noise. More great restaurants near by and ideally situated to see all the sites. Good communication from host and good instructions for gaining access to the house, was someone there to meet us who showed us around. Had to ask a question to the host on first day and they were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this lovely house. Thank you Freddy for a lovely stay.

Excellent private & gated location. Great if you are interested in any D Day or WW2 locations. Quiet, 2 bdrm cottage style listing surrounded in lovely gardens. Full kitchen, dining rm, sm sun room, bathroom with shower. 2 bdrms and w/c upstairs overlooking rms below. Fireplace. Space for children to play outside. Our host Lilliane was wonderful.

Wir haben uns bei Véronique und Rémy sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese ruhige und gemütlich Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie sind als Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber und ist sinnvoll ausgestattet. Wir wussten vorher, dass sie etwas abseits liegt, wenn man aber Ausflüge nach Caen, an die Küste und in die malerische Suisse Normande machen möchte, liegt sie wunderbar. Das Anwesen ist wie ein kleiner Park, wundschön, ruhig und äußerst gepflegt. Wie würden jederzeit wieder bei Véronique und Rémy buchen.

This is a very peaceful, quiet house located in a nice neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a lot of space outside to sit and relax. The only thing that surprised us was that you need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. This was fine for us, as only one person was using the second room, but this could get awkward if you are traveling with two couples. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
