The living area consists of the kitchen with dining area and a couch corner. From here you can access the bedroom with a box spring bed. Next door is the bathroom with bathtub, walk-in rain shower and Finnish sauna with infrared area. A highlight is the 25 sqm balcony equipped with sun loungers, seating set and a hot tub.

The train to Špičák and Železná Ruda is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. In the hallway there is a space large enough for all sports equipment.
