The apartment has a cellar where you can store your skis or bikes. There is also an outdoor parking space in front of the house. Everything in the city center, yet close to natural beauty.

Arber in a quiet side street. Perfect for all seasons. Walking paths pass immediately beside the apartment. The National Park Zentrum Falkenstein is only 3.4 km away, the ski and cross-country area only 4 km. (Large arbor, board shafts, discs). Leisure baths with sauna are available in Zwiesel, Lam and Bad Kötzting. Just enjoy.
