A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. It’s only a short walk to the covered dock where 2 kayaks are available. A public boat ramp is located minutes from the house.
