Holiday rentals with lake access in Bay of Biscay

This is a really great house to stay at. In fact, you would like to live here;) It is spacious, stylishly furnished, complete and equipped with all (modern) comforts. Also, attention has been paid to details, such as smell, bedding, and decoration. Everything is focused on modern comfort. The cottage is located in a small and quiet village south of La-Teste-De-Buch, which is surrounded by a large military air base (which does not bother you otherwise). Upon arrival, it is a bit of a search for the entrance, which is a bit tucked away from the road. But once you know, it's fine with the instructions. A lovely place as a base for Gironde/Arcachon!

A super beautiful area, with pond, lake, the port.... surrounded by nature. The casita is beautiful, everything to detail, the new bathroom, the beautiful room, the comfy beds, he always cares about the stay. The phenomenal wifi,in a development with a gym, swimming pool and we have been super agusto. Thank you

We had a great time with the family in Gilles' house who is very available and attentive to the comfort of his guests. The location on the edge of the Sèvre is very relaxing and offers beautiful hikes to do on foot, by bicycle or by boat...

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

We had a great time at Régine's house which is very well equipped and located in a very quiet environment 2 steps from the lake. Relaxation and rest assured. Thanks to Régine for her smile and kindness.

We’ve just spent an amazing 7 days at Charlotte and Damien’s place. The apartment is beautiful and a good size for a group for 6 like we were. The location is perfect. Super close to bike rental so you can pick them up and soon learn your way around the area. It’s just a perfect base to surf, cycle, explore the stunning Hossegor town. We didn’t use the spa but it’s good to have the option. Also both hosts replied to a lot of messages when we had trouble with our flights to and from. The only improvement would be to have more basic amenities provided - things like black bin bags or toilet paper, but apart from this we loved our time here and was sad to leave. Merci!

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the gated garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has great tips and we were warmly welcomed. We will definitely recommend for those around us who want to stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

We were welcomed by Marie-Jo who is a very friendly and caring person. Her advice allowed us to optimize our short 3-day stay. The apartment is in a very good location and perfectly equipped. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake... a real treat! I would recommend it in a second!

We chose this apartment for its location by the sea and its proximity to the nautical base where our small children had their sailing and surfing activities.

We spent three wonderful days in Jacques and Line's apartment, with a splendid view of the sea. The accommodation is comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly located for relaxing. We have been super comfortable, ideal for spending a quiet time as a couple. Super close to endless and surfy beaches, as well as the quietest beaches of the lake. We loved it.

Wonderful stay at this gite! A peaceful, quiet place bathed in nature that perfectly matched our expectations. The welcome was very warm, the accommodation was clean, very well-equipped and charming, we loved it! We highly recommend this place if you have a stay to do in Vendee (great location) 🥰
