We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips :) The apartment is conveniently located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with tips for visits, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The property has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240 cm). You can park your vehicle with peace of mind and leave things inside if needed. The apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 bridge chairs. WIFI (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, piston coffee maker, soda stream, dishwasher (tablets provided), washing machine (laundry detergent provided). Dishes and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. The apartment is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the balcony. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. The beds are made on arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively neighborhood, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. In addition, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: €45 for the stay. Don't be burdened with your childcare equipment and benefit from equipment suitable for your baby: - For walking: a Mc Larren aluminum stroller, which can be tilted to a lying position. Rain cover. Live in the colors of summer in a house with terrace a short walk to the beach

We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.
