We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips :) The apartment is conveniently located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with tips for visits, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The property has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240 cm). You can park your vehicle with peace of mind and leave things inside if needed. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively neighborhood, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. In addition, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: €45 for the stay. The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.
