In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cosy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm dates from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base for discovering Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential building, several barns and a hen house. The farm is home to the farm's darlings Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Wallisian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Lill-stugan

Warm welcome to Lill-stugan. Here you have the forest and the wild animals next to the knots. Look out the window and maybe you'll see some deer walking grazing. In summer, there are sheep and lambs right next to the cabin that runs in its pastures. Next to the cottage is our own little lake. Borrow the rowboat and row out a turn. Walk in the forest. Enjoy the sun on the patio. Go to Kvarnsjön and swim about 1 km from the cottage. Here, you can just be Hope to see you this summer
