On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.

the house is located near the city up to 3 kilometers from the sea, with views of the city, sea and mountains. It is a very quiet place where guests can relax and unwind. The place is in a calm place with fresh air. Parking is free in the yard. There is also FREE WI-FI and IP TV. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes and the beach by car in 4-5 minutes. We live near an area where one can find busses to almost all places in the region as well as cable cars to take you up to see Batumi from above.

The house is located one kilometer from the sea, next to the new boulevard. 20 minutes to the beach on foot.. It is close to the international airport. The cozy atmosphere is surrounded by mandarin and kiwi garden. The house is two-story. The first floor is separate, the second floor is rented separately. The apartment is on the first floor. In the house there is a large courtyard where you can park your car.
