Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A conveniently designed bedroom features a spacious bed with white linens complemented by a blue throw blanket. Two rolled towels are neatly placed at the foot of the bed. A small blue lounge chair is positioned beside the bed, and a flat-screen television is mounted on the wall.
