Villa holiday rentals in Batu Layar

We had an amazing time at the villa! The staff were extremely helpful and helped us to organise our journey to Gili T, provide lots of useful insights about the area as well as local recommendations. The service is really top notch and the best we’ve seen so far! The place is conveniently located, away from the loud crowds to get some peace, and 5min bike ride from everywhere (walkable too if you wish, but quite hot so would definitely take a bike for your stay!) The included breakfast was delicious and the villa itself beautiful and unique.

Un petit bout de paradis sur une île paradisiaque !! Hôtes vraiment incroyable ponctuelle et à l’écoute et réactif à la moindre demande ! Maison propre magnifique égale à la description et aux photos sur le site ! Celle ci se trouve au plein centre de l’île donc facilité de se rendre aux qu’âtres coins de l’île pour vos activités journalières !! Se trouve proche de la mosquée mais pas du tout gênant car logement très bien isolé et aucun bruit à lors des appels à la prière ! Merci infiniment et je recommande vivement

La Villa Melati est idéalement située et propose de belles prestations juste devant la plage et avec une magnifique piscine. Il faut prévoir de s'y rendre avec une charrette tirée par des chevaux car la distance à pieds avec bagages est un peu loin du port. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Akim qui s'occupe de l'intendance de la maison avec beaucoup de sérieux et professionnalisme. Il est présent dès 8h jusqu'à 17h voir même plus avec des horaires extrêmement flexibles. Il nous a préparé un excellent petit-déjeuner chaque matin et il a été en mesure de répondre à toutes nos attentes et à tout organisé, que ce soit location de vélos, repas sur la plage ou le bateau qui vient vous chercher juste devant la maison pour aller faire du snorkelling avec plongeur expérimenté. Akim sait être discret mais peu di vous le souhaitez vous faire un petit concert de guitare et vous parler de toutes sortes de sujets. Le jardin est magnifique et il en prend soin! Séjour inoubliable !

Easy to find and felt safe. Pool is good and so close to main street. Rooster starts early and so do prayer songs that wake you up. 4 bikes in villa great for riding around the island each morning. Ok for price and had a coffee pod machine...which is a major bonus. Buy some mosquito coils and have a few going morning and night! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Got stung by stingers in the ocean so take cortisone, analgesia and valium.

Wonderful stay at Isla Villas! Top notch cleaning & hospitality standards. Peaceful energy, very private and centrally located. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay on the island!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach traumhaft! Besonders der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt, um zwischendurch abzuschalten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Villa war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Alles verlief absolut reibungslos – vom Check-in bis zur Abreise. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker und wurde frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The location and asthethics are just wonderful. Its less than a minute on foot from the harbor of Gili Air. The best restaurants and shops are a walkable distance. Sophian is super friendly and has helped us tremendously when my wife got sick during our stay (completely unrelated to the listing). If you're looking for chill vibes, close to everything with a super responsive and friendly host stop looking because I doubt you'll find something better.

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back!

This is a great retreat on Gili Air. The Gili Air beach and the Slow Villa is the perfect combination for a typical Gili day! We had the Slow Double Villa as family with three kids for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay! What a wonderful atmosphere for a vacation... one thing though: think the bike rental should be included in the price.

Fantastic villa. The team attending to us was absolutely fantastic and attended to our every need. They even helped with arranging our boat tour and also our transport back to mainland. The villa was beautiful, but to those who do not like bugs, there are many because only the room is fully indoors. All living areas are open concept so in the evenings, mosquitoes can appear even in common areas. Otherwise, the pool and all the facilities were fantastic.

All expectations exceeded. The pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely wonderful. Do make sure you ask the staff to make dinner, it was the tastiest and best value meal we had. Snorkelling was fantastic but make sure you go early to avoid the crowds at the statues. Loads of turtles just outside the houses, almost tripping over them in the water. We will be back! Only downside are the mosquitos, make sure you use loads of repellant and spray the rooms before bed

Fantastic house located in a quiet area of the island yet close to restaurants / bars. Communication with the staff was easy and they were helpful for requests. Very pleasant stay overall.

La villa est magnifique, dans un endroit calme de l'île, tout près de la plage (coin le plus touristique à 15 minutes à pieds). Le personnel de maison est aux petits soins, rendant inoubliable notre séjour entre amis. Le barbecue sur la plage avec feu de joie était exceptionnel, merci encore !

Notre séjour à la Villa Tokay a été incroyable, The Leaf est un petit havre de paix où l’on se sent extrêmement bien. C’est très calme et tout y est très confortable :) Nous avons pu profiter d’un massage et c’était exceptionnel, il n’y a pas de véhicules motorisés sur Gili il n’y avait donc que le bruit de la nature autour de nous, un moment parfait que nous n’oublierons jamais. C’est un des plus bels endroits où nous avons pu séjourner jusqu’à aujourd’hui nous le recommandons donc chaleureusement. Merci aux équipes pour leurs attentions et gentilles et à très vite !

Un séjour incroyable ! La villa est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle et une superbe piscine. Le personnel sur place a vraiment le cœur sur la main : ils sont investis, réactifs et trouvent toujours des solutions pour nous faciliter la vie. Il est même possible de louer un scooter directement sur place à un prix très abordable, ce qui est super pratique car la villa est située en haut de la montagne — un cadre splendide, mais un peu isolé. Il n’y a pas de restaurants à proximité immédiate, mais on trouve quelques petites épiceries en chemin (beaucoup de restaurant en bas) (pas loin du front de mer). Je recommande vivement de louer un scooter pour plus de liberté. À noter que les courses Grab ne montent à la villa que durant la journée. J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour ici, je recommande à 100 % et il est fort possible que je revienne ! Vraiment 10/10 Coup de cœur de l’Indonésie !

Our stay here was very nice. The view and the setting of the Villa was great. Also we felt very welcomed by one of the staff member who made sure to clean our rooms and the villa everyday. He helped us with getting motorcycles and a driver when we left as well. He was very nice and respectful of our privacy even though he was always close by when we needed him. He really helped us out a lot. We enjoyed our time here much and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

This stay was the highlight of my trip so far, the host was absolutely fantastic! He helped us get to know the area and book onto great experiences. The villa was very clean and so peaceful. It has everything you would need. Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the villa! It is beautiful - so clean and peaceful. It looked just the pictures. The staff is wonderful! They are so friendly and helpful and very responsive. We were able to use the beautiful pool. We were able to cook meals using the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The large bathrooms with the outdoor showers were amazing! Stephanie was responsive and helpful. We especially liked having Trisna to drive us around. The electricity went out briefly at night a coupke of times, but we noticed the neighbors lights were also off. That is to be expected in some countries. It was not an issue for us. There are tiny lizards and bugs that get into the villa, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed watching the lizards run around. We felt safe and were able to walk to the nearby Indomart. We used Grab a few times and never had any issues finding our way back to the villa

Our family had a wonderful stay here and would happily return. The views and pool are amazing! The house is not new, but it is well cared for and the staff onsite really makes it special. It was our daughters birthday while staying there and when the found out they surprised her with a cake and guitar to sing her happy birthday.

Bale Mandala villas are beautiful! We had the best time exploring the local area. Everyone at the villas and in Senggigi were so friendly and welcoming- we will definitely be back next year! Thanks Ira 🙏

We just loved our stay at Aurelia Villa 2. We were a group of four women (cousins) staying for the first time in Senggigi, Lombok and Lee and Lasme and the staff at the villa went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable, safe and fun. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when I got sick, Lee organised for one of the staff to go to the chemist to buy nausea tablets. The recommendations provided re local eateries, tours etc were all gratefully received and excellent choices. We particularly loved the Snorkelling day trip to the Gili, the local beach and Warung where we got to hang with the locals, and the tip about the best place to watch the State of Origin. Highly recommend this villa and if I come back to Lombok I would not hesitate to stay again. The villa, the service, the breakfast and Lombok itself were all wonderful. Just one thing though to note, this is not a beachfront property with shared access. The Villa is off the main road on the opposite side to the beach.

Mayya's place is even better than the pictures. We had the most relaxing, beautiful time, and we really didn't want to leave. It felt like our own home, not like a resort, but with all of the amenities of a resort/hotel (like changing towels, cleaning the area, making the beds). The restaurant nearby is amazing, with several menus to suit all preferences. It is easy to get around, and the resort staff are very helpful.
