A wonderful place to make Holidays!

Stanko was always available and did everything very quickly to our satisfaction. In addition, he gave us very good tips for the area and restaurants. We arrived with 2 small dogs, but the fenced garden was really optimal. The dogs could move freely in the garden without us having to worry that they would escape. The house is quietly located overlooking an olive grove and very lovingly furnished. The pool is unbeatable - it was our highlight! We will be happy to come back.

Toni and Karla's villa is a dream. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is somewhat remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. The area can be explored wonderfully with rental cars. There is plenty of parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unparalleled hosts. They respond quickly to guest inquiries and take care of their concerns. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on the essentials while on vacation. Upon request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the surrounding area. This place is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We were very pleased with our stay at Timo's villa. It is a beautiful house, very spacious with unique gardens. Everything you could need was there. From the perfect coffee maker, to the hair dryer in the four bathrooms. The villa is a bit remote, but if you are happy to walk, it is no problem. More villas are being built all around - here we had some construction noise in one day, but if you go to the sea, this one doesn't bother either. Debby and her family were really great - she looked after us in the area and I immediately loved her. Debby, thank you for being there for us with your open heart and your loving , helpful manner.....You are really wonderful All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday in a great ville, with perfect care

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We spent super nice 10 days here. The location of this great house (certainly one, if not the most beautiful on Cres) with proximity to the place but also in the direction of the swimming spots in the other direction is great. Everything is easy and quick to walk. The 4 existing and good bikes are also great for getting in all directions faster. The very tasteful interior, the pool and outdoor area etc. leaves nothing to be desired. Especially for family with older kids, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. All fully equipped with a shower and toilet. A lounge area on the upper floor is great for enjoying the evening sun and the glass of wine. Last but not least, Helena is always available or found in the village as a host, very nice friendly and helpful. (A broken bike was back in the farm within 2 hours)... All in all one of the most beautiful houses we had in Croatia (and there are many)….

A beautiful, quietly located house in a cul-de-sac without through traffic, with good equipment and air conditioning in all rooms (except in the quite small bunk bed room). Two large umbrellas available and the pool was great too. The only small drawback was the lack of a gate at the property driveway. But we only missed it because we were there with a dog and thus the property was not completely fenced. Shopping directly in the neighboring village, by car only one minute. We can recommend the house without a guilty conscience for a family of 4 to 6.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well equipped and cozy. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

This spa retreat is perfect! We visited with kids and our dogs and the big, completely fenced yard was ideal for the doggies and the kids could not get enough of the pool and spa. Danijela is the perfect host from flexible (late checkin) to a ton of great local recommendations. This place is up the mountain a bit for nice, quiet seclusion as well as easy access to Labin and Rabac. We will be returning!!

We had a very nice holiday at Villa Anatai. Everything was as described. The pool, sauna, and tennis court are great. The pool heating (for extra charge) was a great bonus, the water was always pleasant and you could easily go swimming in April. The house offers a lot of space, the kitchen is super equipped. Everything was very clean. The furnishings of the villa are very high quality and modern and you feel very comfortable. We recommend the villa for a perfect holiday. 👍🏻 The nearest grocery stores are in the beautiful city of Labin, about 15 minutes by car. Check in and check out were friendly and uncomplicated. As a welcome, there was a small guest gift and we were very nicely received, with a small introduction to all the amenities of the villa. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was just amazing! The landlords were exceptionally friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and helpful manner made our stay truly memorable. The house itself is an absolute dream. It is not only beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the variety of amenities offered here. The grill in the garden was perfect for social evenings, and the dart board provided a lot of fun. A highlight was also the ice cube machine, which provided a welcome refreshment on hot days. We can fully recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

How shall i start…it was a perfect stay in the area of Rijeka. The house is located in the community of Kostrena, close to Rijeka, with a wonderful view overlooking the Kvaener bay. Just amazing! The house is new with four bedrooms and min. three bath rooms. (3 insuite and one additional bath room). It is spotless clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. It even offers a fully automated coffee machine. The terrace with the open fire place is perfect for nice evening bbq‘s. The pool was already ready for use and the kids did use it every day! Thanks for the wonderful time, Zeljko and Ira! You are wonderful hosts!!!

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

A beautiful villa, close to the beach in a great location With a very long pool just for swimming perfectly.. very stylish and very modern which we like very much! The owner is super friendly had responded immediately to questions and give us tips on where to do something.. we will be happy to come back and highly recommend it:)

The house is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love, just like in the photos. Everything is very clean and we didn't miss anything for the kids. A high chair and crib were provided. Location top! You can walk to the harbor in 10 minutes and also many shops and restaurants in the area. Marina is super friendly and helpful and always available to us. Thank you for the wonderful week, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Nola! Everything is as described. Nikolina is super easy to reach and very helpful. We also liked that many things (e.g. spices, gas for the grill, tabs for the dishwasher) were already in the house. The house itself has been very nicely renovated! Wonderful that some details of the old house have been preserved. We would definitely recommend a vacation here!
