The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

Nets near the Beach is just three minutes walk to the beautiful Lilli Pilli Beach. There is also a great cafe just down the road. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. The house is open plan, flowing out to a large deck off the living area which provides plenty of room to entertain and have a barbeque. If you have children the deck can be latched and the backyard is fully enclosed.
