Lake Superior Chippewa Retreat, Batchawana Bay

The location is at the mouth of the Chippewa River and Lake Superior. The property has one house on 60 acres with 2 km of shoreline on the lake and the river and 3 km trails inside the property. There are no neighbors. The house is 1,800 sq ft. It has a wooden interior, patio towards river, a screened porch towards lake with three hammock chairs, a large and protected fire-pit, and a separate Finnish sauna by the river. Property is equally suited for Spring, Summer and Fall activities.

Cozy House

Our Cabin is a 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, screen in porch with hot tub, tv with internet in living room and bedrooms. Wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed that can be split to make 2 twin extra long. The second bedroom can be set up as king bed or 2 twins with trundle bed. The cabin is ground level for accessibility by wheel chair and the bathrooms are wheel chair friendly. Searchmont Resort is 5 km away. Ontario Snow mobile trails go through Searchmont.

Our home is located on a private beach in Batchawana Bay, boasting 170 feet of PRIVATE sand beach frontage with warmer waters located in a protected inlet. With all the luxuries of home, but on an acre lot of bush and beach! Wether you like to hike, kayak, or relax in our hammock, it’s all here! Just a short drive to 2 provincial parks, Chippewa waterfalls, Robertsons cliff, Agawa pictographs and Voyager restaurant & convenience store.

This loft style apartment, located on the second floor of a 100 year old building in the tourist district of Sault Ste. Marie, MI was recently completely re-modeled. Featuring historic elements blended with quality finishes, it's immaculate and well appointed, but still casual and welcoming. Next door, throughout the spring, summer and fall we have the Voyageur General Store (Deli/grab and go, fuel, fritters, LCBO and grocery) Our location has everything you could need. The fresh, clean cottage has a full kitchen for cooking your own meals or sit down to enjoy some Satellite TV and a view of the Bay.

The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
