Beachfront holiday rental in Batangas Bay

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

We had a wonderful stay here with my friends! The place was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and plenty of tables and chairs, making it easy for us to cook and dine together. The bathroom was clean with a strong and reliable water supply. Both the host and the caretaker were very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any questions or requests we had. Overall, a great experience — would happily stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Overall it was a short and sweet vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home.

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

We are grateful to Sir Neil who is responsive and accommodating. We are also thankful to Ate Duday as she assisted us well. The place is nice and can accommodate 20 pax. It also have easy access to store and super market to buy fresh fish. Our family recommend this place and we enjoy our stay. We are planning to go back again. 😊

The host is very friendly and approachable. Even their caretaker Jason is so nice. He gave me instructions about the unit upon entry. 1 day stay is not enough. Few minutes walk to beach and pool. Thank you for accommodating us . Highly recommend.

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

The only downside is that there is only one bathroom.

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect stay! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Super private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach—it felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and our dog was in heaven running around the yard and playing in the sand. It’s hard to find truly pet-friendly places that still feel like a retreat, but this one nailed it. What really stood out was the community vibe—neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Everyone made us feel at home right away. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind in a serene, pet-friendly spot with great people around. Already dreaming of our next visit!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

The place was proper beachfront property. The sea is just right in front and you can even hear it while asleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful. The place also has very accommodating staff. Too bad we weren't able to do island hopping because of the weather conditions but we're glad that the staff didn't push through as there was a severe incident with another resort that did. We did a banana boat activity instead which is as enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay!

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
