tempatnya bagus, di tengah kota. kemana2 dekat. tempat makan bnyak di sekitaran. untuk parkir mobil murah sekali 24 jam parkir hanya 10rbu beda dengan kota lain. hanya saja kalo malam banyak balap liar dijalan depan apartemen. sehingga sangat mengganggu jam tidur, kebetulan wifi tidak ada di saat saya menginap. untuk jaringan selular tidak begitu bagus, agak sulit di hubungi oleh grabfood,atau gofood apabila di hubungi oleh driver. kamar mandi bersih dan luas, namun lubang pembuangan air agak tersumbat sehingga air lama surut. overall bagus . mungkin ketika saya balik le batam saya akan singgah lagi di sini.

great unit, located in the corner of the building gives you great view in both bedrooms, amenities are somewhat okay, overall great stay.

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

It was a great stay, the place was clean and we had everything we needed. Irvin and Jimmy were also very helpful and responsive. It is a short 5 min drive from the Batam Centre ferry terminal and very convenient to travel to places. I would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Great place to stay!

Service at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Cleaning and turnover (T, Thu, Sat) was thorough and the towels and linens were refreshed. Laundry machine and drying rack were immensely useful. Well located at Robertson Quay, and was close to Orchard Rd, Clarke Quay and Chinatown areas

Our family of 5 with an 18yo son and twin 16yo daughters loved the 3bedroom apartment . Close to Fort Canning MRT and the parks , essentially on the Singapore River to walk both ways and into Chinatown , little India , CBD and down to the Merlion on the front . Close access to restaurants and very close to Clarke Quay and the Chinatown hawker locations When we had a couple of small issues like not being able to work the induction stove it was resolved within minutes with a quick phone call to reception so we had brilliant service Would recommend to anyone

Tushitas place was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids 3 and 6). the apparment is bigger than what impression i had from the fotos and had everything we needed. Even washing powder for the laundry was provided. the pool was great for the kids to cool down after a day exploring Singapore. In the same building is the UE Mall, youll find great coffee shops like Greybox or Dutch Collony with propper barista coffee as well as a CS fresh for your groceries. You have to go for breakfast at Tiong Bahru bakery across the street. The location is perfect for exploring, easy getting around by Grab (like uber) or MRT. Close to Orchard, Chinatown and MBS. Would definitely stay at Tushitas place again!

Excellent stay. Perfect location. Quiet but close to everything. Nice staff. All four of us really enjoyed our stay.
