Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Bat Yam

Appartement agreable, propre , bonne comunication avec l'hote, environnement parfois bruyant (fin de semaine) mais agreable dans l'ensemble . Bienque sans parking mais facile a trouver un stationnement meme a 100m (parking du restaurant le veil homme et la mer), bon restaurant a essayer au moins un fois. une petite chatte tres caline vient vous dire bonjour par le balcon matin et soir... Bref un bon sejour a Jaffa au milieu des vrais gens... les plages de Tel aviv sont accessible a pied pour les plus courageux et en voiture pour les autres ...

Надо сказать честно: это действительно очень маленькое жилище. Кухня такая крошечная, что плитку пришлось вынести на террасу, а душевая кабинка – это просто душ напротив унитаза. Но это совершенно не важно, потому что море и пляж в одной минуте ходьбы, есть огромная терраса, где завтрак в утренние часы, пока не жарко, – настоящее наслаждение. Есть и шезлонги, и большой стол для компании – терраса очень просторна. Редкое качество этой квартиры – тишина. Поверьте, вы вряд ли где-то в Бат-Яме такое найдёте, это очень шумный город! Содержание квартиры безупречно, чистота идеальная. Прекрасные коммуникации: горячей воды сколько угодно, напор отличный, интернет сильный, кондиционер мощный и удобный в управлении. The place is located in the city center, with excellent transportation, very convenient and well located.

Amazing location in the heart of South TLV. Easy to reach all the surrounding areas on foot, lots of bars restaurants, great night life etc. The apartment was beautiful, a real pleasure to be in and unexpectedly quiet as it is tucked away. Fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable with a lovely vibe. Nofar was very responsive, and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again *****

Nous avons passer un excellent sejour Ben est hyper a l ecoute et repond en maximum 15 minutes ! La maison est hyper propre et tres stylee avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

We had a really good time, the place is spacious, well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and 2 smallish but very pleasant balconies. It’s a very short walk from one of the nicest beaches in Tel Aviv, offering both a beachfront park for the casual sunset stroll or picnic, and soft sand for a full day at the beach experience. Even though the bathroom has seen better days and could use a facelift, this has not detracted from the great experience. This apartment offers great value and we will definitely have it high on our list next time we rent a place in Tel Aviv.

I just wanna say that of any host I’ve ever had with Airbnb. Joseph was by far the best. His communication and friendliness was unparalleled and the location was just as he described. Any request/needs we had we met within the hour truly an amazing stay we will be staying with you again. I highly recommend thanks Yosef!

Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. This is the perfect spot for families with kids—plenty of space, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🏡💙

בית יפהפה ובמיקום מושלם - דקה ממסעדות, חנויות יפות מכל הסוגים ומספר דקות מהחוף, ויש בו חניה! הוא מלא בחלונות גדולים ומואר ויחד עם זאת שומר על תחושת פרטיות. יש בו הרבה מאד חללים שונים שמאפשרים גם התבודדות וגם אפשרות להתכנסות. הוא נקי ומאובזר באופן מיטבי. עשינו קניות בשוק עם משלוח שהגיע תוך דקות לבית. שקד היה מסביר פנים וסופר זמין. מתאים בנוחות לששה ובאפן מאולץ יותר לשבעה או שמונה.

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

So I want to say I gave this a 5 star even with a bunch of issues and I’ll tell you why. One issue was the ac it broken a few times but everytime I messaged they replied right away and it was fixed with in a day or the same day. Again this isn’t someone’s fault it’s a machine. The second issue the pool was closed but again maintenance because of what’s going on in Israel it was easy to understand why no one would go to a pool in a roof 30 stories high with rockets flying over head. The location is great you are on the beach by one block and in the center of it all !! I legit can walk to the marina in 15 minutes. Jaffo in 15 minutes the beach in 30 seconds lol the shuk and allenby are with in a few blocks. It’s legit prime location. It has the best view from the balcony you can see the beach and the whole Tel Aviv city in a panorama view. Even with issues this is a great place and great people.

Our staying in Lea 's house has been very nice. Everything were absolutely perfect. In 4 days we have just spend all time in the house end enjoy any moment. Lea is absolutely perfect as an host.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

We felt at home at Miri’s place, she is friendly, appartement is nice , view is stunning, she prepare water, fruit, coffee and juice wich are nice as we arrived late We will stay here again if possible

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.
