beautiful villa we celebrated our 30 years of marriage rather than having a party we preferred to rent the villa with children and grandchildren it was a beautiful stay nothing lacks activity for any age a very beautiful place to have a wonderful time with friends or family nothing is missing for any age we will return thank you very much to Nicolas who is incredibly kind

We enjoyed our stay at Olivier's house very much. Everything was very stylish. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the entire house was in an impeccably clean condition. The fireplace and the hot tub were our personal highlight. Olivier was very friendly, always responded quickly and was very flexible when it came to our checkout time. The bedrooms were also cozy (we only had a little trouble with the mattress from the left bedroom). It is a clear recommendation and we would certainly like to come back :)

This location is not cheap, but you get value for money. Everything is in order inside, coffee tea, towels and bathrobes. Extra keys and a lot of attention has been paid to the furnishings. There is not much to do in the area, it is very quiet, that's what we came for.

The location of the airbnb is great! It is located next to a river and is very peaceful. The place is very big and has all the amenities listed in the ad. Steven was always responsive and helpful.

Went with my partner for his 25th Birthday! The place was amazing and so was Jerome and his wife! Had a wonderful time. Big shoutout to Jerome’s wife amazing breakfast and cake :) Jerome was extremely nice and was always responsive to our requests! Definitely gonna revisit :)

Love Tessa Dear Community, Our stay in the Eifel has become an all-round feel-good holiday due to many factors. Very beautiful, natural, hiking region. All the people we met were open, helpful and very hospitable... Tessa's farmhouse is a special location, clean, original, lovingly prepared and the garden with conservatory invites you to relax. We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the auto check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the space was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two heating sources was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage is as described: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in a beautiful private location in small valley on river. Super for kids of all ages, or older groups. Everyone very friendly and helpful

Tony is very friendly and responds to all messages quickly. The accommodation is in a great location (close to the Spa circuit, Forestia, Malmedy...). The accommodation is impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped (with a magnificent view!). We will definitely be back!!

What you see is what you get. A private house with multiple bathrooms. Large garden, large trampoline and more for the children. Unobstructed view. Great bbq. very good quality. Not too far from the motorway. Rest and lots of greenery.

Very nice house for a weekend with friends. The house is close by car to the city centre and activities. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.

I highly recommend this place! Everything is super modern and a highlight for the four-legged friends is the fenced terrace. Natalie is a friendly host, responds quickly and takes good care of her guests. We will be happy to come back :)

Andrea reached out to us ahead of the trip, was on the premises when we arrived and extremely helpful and friendly. The house itself and sauna are just amazing. Extremely clean, we felt as if the place had just been redecorated this week! The kitchen is very nice and well appointed - to the extent that we planned to cook an extra special meal just to make full use of it. Bathrooms, bedrooms, sauna, dining and sitting area, everything is just top notch! Definitely worth coming again.

The same stay that matches the listed photos. Amenities are a bit old-fashioned (as seen in the photos) but everything works properly. Only downside for us that it is located on a busy stone road (with bedroom on the street side) while this was not clear from the description. Small terrace at the back with beautiful views of the fields and orchards where you can walk perfectly. Jeroen responded very quickly to messages, is not present but gives tips when asked.

A very comfortable house with all you need for a lovely holiday. In the area is a lot to see and explore. Beautiful nature, charming towns and castles around.

Christine welcomed us to her cottage and gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay. The cottage is larger than we expected from the photos, beautifully renovated and well appointed with lots of little touches which make it a special place to be. We felt completely at home. The garden seating area is great for shade on sunny days and cosy on overcast days. If we are back the area we will definitely stay here again.

Magali and Rudy's gite is a real gem! Everything is thought out in every detail so that you do not miss anything during your stay. The amenities provided are of excellent quality, which is worth highlighting because this is not always the case. Magali is a friendly hostess and very responsive to messages. We had a lovely stay and will not forget this address!

We had a great stay in Alix's cozy cottage! The cottage was perfectly furnished and had everything we needed – from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. Alix was a great host, she gave us nice tips for activities in the region, such as beautiful hiking trails and the "must see's nearby. Her recommendations really made our trip special. The location was ideal: quiet and ideal as a base for many excursions. The cottage itself was very charming and had a cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The accommodation is a fully furnished gazebo. Really super fun and spacious layout. Privacy was fine, nice shower and cozy terrace partially covered. Really a top location in a very nice quiet area. Access to a car is useful if you want more choice in e.g. restaurants.

This cottage in the middle of the forest is cosy and warm with the fireplace (there is humidity because of the trees but the fire helps to go above it). We had a nice stay there !
