This accommodation for 4/5 people (possibility to add a baby kit and/or an extra bed) ideally located in the city center of Seyssel. Ground floor adjoining the parking lot, easy to find. Everything is within walking distance (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar, restaurant, etc.). With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on vacation or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced with a brand new, very comfortable one!

Ici place à la déconnexion et à la détente mais aussi, si vous le souhaitez, il y a plein de magnifiques endroits à découvrir et tout plein d'activités pour petits et grands ! Nous avons une position centrale entre Annecy, Aix-les-bains et Genève! Lacs, montagnes, villes, forêts et tant d'autres... Vous découvrirez cette jolie maison entièrement rénovée dans un style "campagne-bohème " dans un coin de verdure !

Le Belvéd'Air

Appartement élégant et raffiné, idéalement situé entre la forêt, le lac et la vieille ville d’Annecy. Deux terrasses offrent une belle vue dégagée sur le lac. Environnement paisible, avec un accès direct aux sentiers forestiers. Accueille 2 à 6 personnes avec un lit double, un lit escamotable et un canapé-lit. Wi-Fi, lave-linge/sèche-linge et parking privé. Situé à 24 min de la station de ski du Semnoz, 15 min à pied du lac et du centre historique ou 4 min en voiture. Arrêt de bus à proximité.

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Dream Catcher

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking

Le Mazot étoilé (toit ouvrant !)

Cette cabane est située en plein milieu des fruitiers et d'un immense jardin potager ! Les volailles sont libres autour (oie, canard, poule) 🐤 La rivière est à 30sec avec une splendide vue sur les montagnes. Vous avez la possibilité d'ouvrir complètement le toit au dessus du lit pour admirer les étoiles, même en hiver car j'ai une couette bien chaude qui garde la chaleur du fourneau 🔥 Douches et toilettes partagées, à 30s du logement.
