We had a lovely stay at this place. It is clean and functional, with a little extra for the sea view. Sonia the concierge was very available and had informed us about the accommodation before our arrival. The residence is well located with direct access to the sea and pool. I recommend it and we would not hesitate to return.

We spent 15 unforgettable days in this accommodation in Saint François, Guadeloupe! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and attention, which immediately put us at ease. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated, making it a real cocoon after our days of exploring. The location is perfect: minutes away from the beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants where we tasted delicious Caribbean specialties. We also enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood, conducive to relaxation. Our hosts have been very helpful, always available to share tips on what to do and places to visit. We stayed 3 nights at Nathalie's before entering a cruise liner in Guadeloupe. The apartment is nice and the view from the terrace is simply gorgeous. There are others for rent at Pierre & Vacances, but this may very well be the one with the best location. The whole complex is well kept although a little dated. There is a couple of beaches nearby and the one just below the apartment is child friendly with a wall built across the small bay that keeps waves away. The pool is huge and has a child friendly end with shallow water. We completely underestimated the traffic from Pointe-a-Pitre and arrived way later than expected but was greeted by one of the locals. Water and tropical juice was provided at arrival. Thanks... There were no issues regarding water outages, that seems to happen frequently at Guadeloupe. Definitely a place to come back to

Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

While the property, as a whole could use a facelift, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and immaculately clean. We had already been to Annette's 3 years before and quickly found our marks. The location of the accommodation is ideal for diving on the Malendure site in Bouillante and hikes on Basse Terre. Annette and her family are very friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting them again. Listing is as described. The view from the terrace of the pigeon islands at sunset is always splendid!
