A big thank you for their hospitality and advice. Everything went very well, it's beautiful and quiet although close to beautiful beaches and beautiful walks. I would definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back!

Amazing stay - a 25 nice walk along the river to the Guggenheim a must see in Bilbao, and during the day amazing meals from over the top restaurants. The place makes you feel u are part a lux apartment building. Will definitely go back.

Accommodation as described. Lively and commercial area, with all kinds of services and a lot of nightlife, although there is no noise in the room since it does not face the main streets. The neighborhood is quiet. Responsive and friendly host, always attentive and very accessible.

Our host was welcoming and available. The accommodation is very well located close to the beach as well as Bilbao, accessible by metro. However, it is below the access road, the terrace has a view of your car... The accommodation equipment is pleasant and functional. The master bedroom is large and bright. The 2nd bedroom is not exactly one since it has no window and no door (replaced by a curtain).

Rosa Maria offers a super pleasant, clean and functional accommodation. There's room (there were 14 of us), we can park. To get to San Sebastian: 20 min drive but you can take the train or taxi. In short: I recommend it!!!

The studio is just as described. Even better if possible. Very clean and tidy. Yolanda made us feel at home. She is a great host (she helped us with a pending matter and was super cooperative. We greatly appreciate this). Location, to see and experience the city, extraordinary. It's right in the centre. We will definitely stay here again.

There may be a few accessories missing (in the kitchen) and another small problem, the dogs at her place, 🥲 even if Mai says they are possible, the dogs bark a lot as soon as there is a small noise when you go out on the terrace... fortunately our dog does not bark But apart from that, the weekend was pleasant

This was my second stay at Marta's place, and definitely not the last! Just like the first time, everything was smooth and top-notch. Despite the 35+ degree heat outside, the apartment stayed surprisingly cool even without AC. The location is unbeatable - we explored plenty of must-see spots nearby and enjoyed the local beach just a short walk away (it's actually 5 min drive away and has a big parking lot as well). Communication was great as always, the place was spotless, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. If you're looking for a modern, clean, and safe base to discover the Basque coast and Bilbao, look no further. Marta's place will exceed your expectations. We’ll be back for sure!

this is a beautiful house with gorgeous views and centrally located to explore various cities such as San Sebastian, Biarritz, Bilbao and Biarritz.

We had a great stay! It was my second time in San Sebastian, last time we stayed in a neighborhood a bit further away. This place is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars, location could not be better. The apartment is clean and nicely styled. Big recommendation!

Everything as described and pictured, located at the cozy and calming place with beautiful landscapes around. Located in few minutes from Mungia center and in 15-20 minutes from Bilbao when going by car. Alaitz and her family were very warm and welcoming to us and our dog. Recommended!

The choice was unbeatable. EVERYTHING was perfect, tidy and available. Like a 5-star hotel plus a VIP lounge. But with the warmth, affection and sympathy of Romy and Jesus. THANK YOU

The location of the apartment is perfect, you can walk to the promenade and town center in a few minutes. The residential complex has a large , enclosed parking space and private entrance. Kitchen is well stocked for smaller meals. We enjoyed the stay very much:) Thank you

beautiful Basque Country coast to discover the accommodation allowed us to find peace after our escapades of the day the view of the sea in the morning at the magnificent sunrise i recommend it.

We loved staying here! The flat feels light and spacious and is beautifully decorated. The bed is big and very comfy and the shower is great. There's a mini kitchen with single hob, air fryer, microwave and rice cooker- we cooked some simple meals. It's about a 40 min walk into town or there are very frequent buses. It was nice to be in our own little neighbourhood- we went to the local cafe/bar and there are some great restaurants and a leisure centre with outdoor pool. There are also play areas if you've got kids. Maria met us on arrival, helped us park, gave us recommendations and even offered us a lift to the beach! Would definitely recommend!
