Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

Apartment Tomislav1 (A2+2, approx 35 square meters) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*190), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (yellow couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is yellow couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep. The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Ovaj je smještaj prikladan za obitelji i nalazi se u centru grada, pa će vam svi sadržaji biti nadohvat ruke. Nalazi se u prizemlju, kompletno opremljen, prostran u centru a opet u mirnom djelu. Trgovine, plaže, banke, doktor u krugu 3 min hoda.

Novouređeni studio apartman (25 m2) nalazi se 150 metara od mora. Nema prostora za vanjski boravak i nije prikladno za djecu i slabopokretne osobe zbog puno stepenica. Veselimo se Vašem dolasku :)
