Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The small house

This unique space has a style all its own. In the absolute peace of the mountain (430m above sea level) above Forte dei Marmi, close to the major attractions of Versilia, La petite maison can accommodate 2 people and consists of a kitchen-living room on the mezzanine floor and a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. The small access staircase is ancient and the patio is equipped to enjoy the open spaces during the summer. The village offers ample free parking. Cima alle Selve

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Our lovely and cosy one-bedroom house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood far from the traffic and 8 minutes walk to citycenter of Pietrasanta. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Piano Terra All’ingresso vi accoglie una cucina attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in piena autonomia. Primo Piano Salendo al primo piano troverete la camera da letto principale, spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini o gruppi di amici. Secondo Piano Al secondo piano si trova il bagno, moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.

Forte 09 classic and well-kept pied-à-terre in the center

In the heart of Forte dei Marmi's historic center, Forte 09 is a well-kept and renovated two-room apartment on the first floor of a small historic building, on two levels, about 32 square meters. It consists of a living room with kitchen area and dining table on the floor, while going up the stairs you have access to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal pied-à-terre in the heart of the center

Borgometato – Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Relaxation and trekking in the heart of Upper Versilia

Our Casina, a beautiful stone and wood rustic recently renovated, is located in the middle of the chestnut trees, in a part of the country of Retignano. It has two bedrooms with bathroom, a kitchen for common use and equipped garden. It is in the immediate vicinity of our farm and a trail network to access to reach the peaks of the Apuan Alps and some villages of Alta Versilia.
