Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

We felt very comfortable in Omer's house. It is extremely spacious, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location of the apartment in the Balat neighborhood is extremely beautiful. We found it one of the most interesting districts in Istanbul. In case of small difficulties, Omer was always immediately available and solved the problem, communication was pleasant and fast. We would come back any point!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. I'd book this place again in a heartbeat. Moussaab was very responsive and accommodating, and always helpful. The place itself was kept clean and with all the amenities you'd need - water, towels, bed linen, tea/coffee, a stove, etc. The only thing I'd change about this place is the size of the bathrooms - they're tiny. Apart from that, it's a great place! As others have pointed out, the incline might be a challenge for some but it is just about 20 minutes away from Taksim Square, the metro, etc. Really good location if you'd like to explore the sights on both sides of Istanbul. Moussaab also had some really good recommendations for food so I'd highly suggest asking him for those. All in all, I'd look to book this place if I'm ever in Istanbul again.

The accommodation was perfect; beautiful, very well equipped, and quiet because overlooking a garden. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the Galata Tower and 5 minutes from the tram line going directly into the center of Istanbul. Entry into the apartment is easy thanks to the caretaker at the entrance ( at any time) A rental we recommend!

Great place. Worked really well for two couples. It was like having two apartments. Very well located, fun neighbourhood and very easy to get places. Enjoyed very much, thanks guys!

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

I came here with 2 friends for cosmetic surgery and a little sightseeing. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry system, Naval Museum, 2 Palaces, National Palaces Painting Museum and Palaces Collections Museum. If you don't want to go far but want to see *something* this is a good home base. One block over you can find dozens of restaurants, several fine bakeries, and a good number of grocery stores. It is a good street for catching taxis. The space itself is wonderful. Kitchen is equipped with most things you might need, but has no microwave or k ife sharpener. Owners are very responsive, cheerfully helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated a personal wifi fix visit for Netflix access. Decor is quite attractive. Washer/dryer unit is very good but you might need help to operate it. All 3 of us said we would be happy to return. Staying here *definitely* increased the comfort and pleasure of our Istanbul medical visit.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thanks to Lisa for hosting us. The apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 people for a sunny stay in Istanbul. The apartment is perfect for a short trip. Beautiful decor, quiet, well located, furnished. There is also access to a terrace with exceptional views of the Bosphorus. The apartment is conveniently located, I highly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
