allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Cem was a great host and his home was very comfortable! He greeted us in person and was very warm and welcoming. His space is in a perfect location to explore Istanbul and we would love to stay there again!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

İstanbul’da kaldığım en iyi yer diyebilirim. Loranın mükemmel tarifi açıklayıcı anlatımı sayesinde hiç zorluk çekmedim. Ev harikaydı, araba ile giderseniz park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Toplu taşıma ile de gayet kolay ulaşım sağlanacak bir yerde. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Vraiment une super adresse pour loger à Istanbul en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison est parfaite par sa situation : commerces, tram, restos à proximité dans le joli quartier tranquille de Balat. Équipement et literies au top ; Gila a été très accueillant, de bon conseil, toujours disponible et réactif 👍 !

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Had a fantastic time staying here! The location can’t be beat, it’s right near Galata tower and walking distance from tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Really fun area to stroll around. You can easily get to the metro, tram or ferry’s in a short walk. The apartment was perfect, comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It was quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

Un excellent séjour, Selim est une personne géniale , honnête, très serviable et à l'écoute. Il nous a accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive (2h du matin) et s'est chargé lui même de nous trouver un transport aller retour pour une famille de 5 personnes entre l'aéroport et la zone d’hébergement Appartement très propre, je conseille vivement !

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Evin konumu metronun dibinde , ev sahibi tam bir dost canlısı. Evin temizliği iyiydi. Ayrıca konforlu ve rahat odaları mevcut 4 kişi rahatça kalabilir.

Çok kibar ve elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışan biri. Evler temiz ve güzel.

사진과 같아요. 위치가 좋아서 올드시티를 전부 걸어서 여행하기 좋아요. 엘리베이터가 없지만 짐도 들어주고 체크아웃후에 짐도 맡겨주세요. 뜨거운물 난방도 잘되요. 에어컨도 있어서 냉방도 잘될것같아요. 수건 실내화 샴푸 휴지 모두 넉넉히 구비되어 있었어요. 주변에 식당이 많아 소음을 걱정했지만 11~12시면 조용해졌습니다.(그 전에도 많이 시끄럽지는 않았어요) 아쉬운점이 있다면 모든문에서 소리가나고 잘닫히지않아요. 꼭 고치시길 바랄께요. 그리고 세탁기 내부 고무패킹 청소 부탁드려요 그러면 더욱 좋은 숙소가 될꺼에요. 이 숙소 덕분에 터키 여행의 시작 이스탄불에서 편히 잘지냈어요. 감사합니다.
