The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

El Descanso del Monje

The house was built by the Cistercian monks in 1723. Its walls are 150 cm thick on the ground floor and there is peace and quiet inside it. In ancient times it was a resting place for monks and country workers and shepherds covered their animals in the construction pens. It is oriented to the Mediterranean, and through its windows you can feel the cool breeze that blows from the sea: warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

The Aquarium - 1st line - Incredible views

A beautiful flat, in the best area of the beach of Cullera, with all the windows of the flat overlooking the sea, with a wonderful terrace to dine in the moonlight. Refurbished in 2023 for us to enjoy it and share it with you when my wife and I cannot come. That's why you will have all the comforts, like dishwasher, food processor, air conditioning, etc. It is our dream and now also yours
