The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. The house was built by the Cistercian monks in 1723. Its walls are 150 cm thick on the ground floor and there is peace and quiet inside it. In ancient times it was a resting place for monks and country workers and shepherds covered their animals in the construction pens. It is oriented to the Mediterranean, and through its windows you can feel the cool breeze that blows from the sea: warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
